Important note on the test:

To pass the test and receive a certificate of participation, at least 75% of the questions must be answered correctly. If you answer fewer than 75% correctly, the test is considered failed and no certificate will be issued. However, you may retake the test at any time and from any device until the required score is achieved.

DATA PROTECTION

As part of this online training, your name (username) and the name of your employer or company will be stored.

This data is collected and processed exclusively for the purpose of documenting your participation in the training. It serves as proof for your employer that you have properly and personally completed the mandatory data protection training.

Your participation will be documented once per year and is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance of the certificate. Data storage is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest) in conjunction with occupational safety and data protection requirements for employee training.
